Hands down one of the best dry Rieslings produced in Australia, the Nick O'Leary White Rock Riesling is a complex, exceptionally aromatic wine.

The gravelly soil on the old shoreline of Lake George (northeast of Canberra) gives a unique flavour to the grapes grown there. These grapes have imbued the wine with a hint of bitter lemon pith and apple. A few years in a cellar will add to the complexities and flavours, but for those who simply cannot wait there is more than enough to enjoy in the present. Unbelievably good value for what will no doubt be a wine spoken about in hushed, reverent tones in years to come.
