The Glaetzer Bishop is an incredibly complex and full-bodied red wine that is super rich, ripe and concentrated.

The wine features ripe liquer cherries and beautiful coffee bean aromas. The palate is filled with a luscious sweet flavour which demands to be acknowledged. While it is lively when young, this wine is known to cope with medium term cellaring in a spectacular way and if you have the willpower, you will be rewarded. Good things come to those who wait.

The Glaetzer family are some of the earliest recorded viticulturists in the Barossa Valley. As such, their knowledge of the region and its wines is extensive and rarely matched, and their history is planted in the earth as much as that of their vines.
