Tasmania's Clarence House continues their domination of very south of Southern Hemisphere winemaking with their Pinot Blanc, one of the best made in Australia.

Generally used in making sparkling or dessert wines, Clarence House have dedicated some of their crop to making white wine from this variety. Honey and lemon flavours are both to be found, but this is a fairly dry and full-bodied wine with lots of backbone and a healthy dose of acidity.

Often to be found in great restaurants all over the country, Clarence House prove once again that substance will beat a flashy label every time.
