Ministry of Clouds could hardly be a more beautiful and evocative name for this winery. Symbolising the great leap of faith that winemakers Bernice Ong and Julian Forwood took to begin this venture, there is already a lot of sunshine on the horizon for this pair.

A distinctly European style Tempranillo blend, this red wine is different from most coming out of the McLaren Vale. Usually, Tempranillo blends have more in common with great big Shiraz flavours, but this is a gorgeous, lighter and earthier version that could easily be from Spain.

Achieving cult status in an incredibly short amount of time thanks to the excellence of their wines, Ministry of Clouds have had to be choosy about who sells their wine (other than the best restaurants around). We feel proud that this dynamic duo chose Wine Republic, and excited that we can share these delicious and beautifully made wines with our customers.
