This wine is aged between 3 to 4 years into old french old puncheon and Hogshead.Vines age range between 9 and 25 years old.The wine ferments on its skins for 18 days before moving into small basket press.The wine shows vibrant red fruits on the nose, mint, eucalyptus notes.Similar aromatics on the palate, with the addition of velvety tannins,elegance and a long and persistent lenght.
