This distillery has roots in distilling the finest liqueurs in the north of Brittany since the early 1900s. In the early 1980s, the head distiller at the time had a particular passion for whisky and started distilling and ageing whisky in different barrels making them the first ever French distillery to produce Whisky. This cuvee was matured in both Bourbon and Sherry Casks. Expect complex flavours honeyed like characters with a nutty clean but long finish.
