Description

The Suriol family run an organic and biodynamic winery in the Penedès region, Spain, utilising local and sustainably farmed produce from neighbouring vineyards and seasoned growers.

A blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada, the wine is aged for 10 months in bottle on lees, resulting in a dry, complex expression, whilst remaining true to the grape.

The nose gives aromatics of butterscotch with fresh-cut apples, the palate provides a nice, chalky, dry finish.
