Originating from the Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet, this wine is rooted in clay-limestone soil and crafted using sustainable practices and no herbicides

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this wine is hand-picked, and 100% destemmed. The winemaking process includes cold pre-fermentation maceration, indigenous yeasts, and gentle extraction with manual punch downs and pump overs. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 25% new barrels, followed by 6 months in vats, ensures exceptional quality. Limited production of 13,000 bottles

For the best experience, serve between 16 and 18°C. This wine pairs perfectly with many classic french dishes.

"Brilliant ruby ​​color with purple highlights. Engaging nose of red fruit, with hints of vanilla and graphite. A wine in its prime, still a little spirited but with great potential. Will benefit from a few years in the cellar before tasting".
