Fabien Coche of Burgundian royalty has been making a name for himself trough his incredible talent and wines. Since 2005, his vineyards from Mersault to Menthiele, Pommard and Auxey Duresses have produced wines of unparalled quality and this is no exception. 

Prefering a hands off approach to winemaking and minimal oak and large form barrels to allow the fruit to truly express themselves his wines exhibit purity and finesse.

 60% of the fruit from this covee is sourced from vines over 60 years old and Les Chevaliers lies just over the village of Meursault with the same altitude as the premier cru vineyards further south.
