Jo Perry takes her winery's name Dormilona from the Spanish word for 'Lazy Bones' and often adds a little Spanish twist into her amazing Margaret River wines.

This Rosado is made in a typical Spanish style with 100% Tempranillo and is made with some whole bunch press and a good crush to capture the natural texture and crunch that comes with this style of Rose.

Finished with a little barrel ferment, a little bit in amphora all to just maximize the crunchy and savoury goodness that is this Rose, how can you go wrong?
