Mark Walpole is a well known Australian viticulturist and his Beechworth vineyards are his baby; from them he makes varietals reminiscence of the world famous regions they are from. 

Made in a Fume style it displays Stone fruit and a hint of fresh herbs. It is fermented and aged on lees in large format casks for 12 months before bottling .Very textural and complex on the palate.  

Not your average Sauvignon Blanc; a textural creamy number to be savoured.
