Hailing from Down Under, Dave Fletcher has planted himself in Piemonte's northwest heartland for some time now. As winemaker at Ceretto in Barolo, he's not only revitalized the old Barbaresco railway station into a thriving winery but also crafts his own Nebbiolo gems from the region's renowned Barolo and Barbaresco vineyards. Each year, he journeys back to Australia's Pyrenees to craft wines that embody richness, agility, savoury intrigue, and impeccable structure, showcasing Nebbiolo just as it should be.
