This is Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know it normally.

Modelled on the classic Loire Valley style Sancerre, this has been fermented in an open top fermenter and then put to rest for 10 months on lees to maximize the texture and savoury notes, this is truly special.

Rich flavours of cut grass, passionfruit and gooseberries, with great levels of saline and minerality driving in the background make this a textural masterpiece and a wonderful example of a local version of Sancerre.
