Jamsheed are winemakers of few words, prefering to let their natural wines speak for themselves. And boy, if these wines could speak, it would be in haikus. They are complex, characterful, and thought-provoking, and eminently worthy of another listen.

The Madame Chard is a textured and vibrant white wine, with honeycomb and oak flavours. A firm favourite with anyone into minimal intervention wine, Madame Chard was indiginenous yeast fermented with only a little sulphar added at the end to keep things where they should be.
