Award-winning, internationally acclaimed and matured to perfection - Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Shiraz is a truly outstanding, subtly sour and boldly spiced Australian red wine.

In 2020, a severe drought prior to the harvest led to a limited yield of exceptional Georgia's Paddock fruit. To enhance the blend for a couple of years subsequently, additional Heathcote "friends" grapes were added. The resulting wine boasts elevated scents and tastes of a diverse medley of ripe red and black berries, accompanied by traditional spiciness. Despite its high alcohol content of 15%, the wine maintains a sophisticated charm, displaying a deep magenta hue and a perfect balance between heightened acidity and silky tannins.

Credited with putting Victorian Shiraz on the global map, Jasper Hill have enjoyed a flurry of awards since their first 1982 vintage, creating delicious wines from their low-yield, intensely-flavourful vineyards in Heathcote.
