The current vintage blend is 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Arneis, 14% Chenin Blanc and Shiraz 8%. The Chenin component is fermented in a combination of tank and barrel. The Sauvignon Blanc component is pressed directly to tank, as is the Arneis. Finally, the Shiraz is carbonically macerated in tank and then pressed to barrel. It's textural and easy drinking with a zip of acid and blush of juicy fruit.
