Chenin Blanc's original home is the Loire Valley, but here it's planted on the foothills of the Pyrenees at high altitude. It benefits from the cool breeze coming from the mountain range. The wine retains a refreshing acidity, citrus and herbal notes, followed by a vigorous texture, complemented by partial vinification and maturation in new French oak.
