Pat Underwood started with a passion for coffee which led him to meet Jarad Curwood of Chapter Wine in which kickstarted his love of winemaking, followed by traveling the world making wines from Chianti in Italy to Burgundy and Northern Rhone in France.

Now sourcing grapes across Victoria to make his own small batch, minimal intervention wines Pat is making some stunning expressions and great experimental wines.

Again sourcing fruit from Heathcote, this is a blend of Nebbiolo and ancient Venetian grape Refosco. 

This wine truly over delivers with generous amounts of blood orange and fresh plum notes that bounce between the walls of tannin that subtly run around the wine.

Both refreshing and textural, this is just a happy happy wine that can handle a touch of chill if its a super warm day, or just drink as is. Perfection.
