Description

Anton von Klopper is synonymous to Rolling Stones of the natural world.  Famous for creating wild and different brews that speak of nature and embracing his nickname of Wildman in his winemaking style these wines are not for the faint hearted.

In the steep cold Robert Surmann's vineyard in the Adelaide Hills lies 30 year old Pinot Blanc vines grown on Black Sandy soil.

Taking inspiration from Alsace where Pinot Blanc reigns, wine is hand picked and then lightly pressed juice is siphoned into huge 2000 litre foudres and aged slowly.

A savoury tight mineral austere with honeysuckle and wild lavender pinot blanc that will give Alsation pinot blancs a run for their money.

Please note this is a natural wine product and variations in each bottle is expected. It is also not filtered or fined so there is expected sediment in the bottle.  Do expect flavours you have never had before.  This product is super limited.
