The Villages collection by Mac Forbes represents a big step in a broader understanding of the amazingly diverse Yarra Valley and its sub regions. Coldstream is located at the entrance to the Valley floor and has great low elevation and gets quite cool overnight temperatures after warm days that can give birth to some amazing styles of wine.
