The Villages collection by Mac Forbes represents a big step in a broader understanding of the amazingly diverse Yarra Valley and its sub regions. For years the Yarra has been represented by single vineyard wines and blends, but here Mac Forbes aims to bring more light on how amazing each specific sub region can be.

Gladysdale sits at the southern end of the Yarra Valley below Yarra Junction and receives great warm air that travels through the Valley which gives great aromatics to the wines grown in this sub region.

Resulting in a nicely fragrant and spicy Pinot Noir with subtle fine tannins, this is a delicate and wonderful showing of a great sub region
