One of only 230 bottles released, this truly is a special whisky from iconic distillery Highland Park up in the storm-lashed Orkney Islands. Hand-turned malted barley is dried in over-100yo kilns and then distilled in one of their ancient Pot and Wash stills in a process that hasn't changed much during our lifetimes.

After spending an extended maturation period in an ex-Bourbon cask the whisky was then bottled at natural strength.

Wisps of smoke turn into bright lingonberry leaves, fresh heather and freshly mown grass with a hint of herbal honey on the finish.
