Sagrantino is an Italian grape variety usually grown in Umbria. Save Our Souls have put a Victorian spin on the variety to produce a very different, but no less enjoyable, version of their own.

Save Our Souls is a collaboration between William Downie of (De Bortoli and his now his own winemaking fame) and Jason Searle. A project inspired by a love of viticulture and an old friendship, it aims to celebrate the idiosyncrasies of Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula wines at an affordable price.
