Seville's The Barber Rose is the bright pink colour of bubblegum and lip gloss - but this wine is plenty grown up.

With delicate flavours of berry and a little creaminess, the Rose surprises with a tangy aftertaste. Definitely one to drink now while it is still fresh, it is the perfectly zingy choice to complement spicy asian foods.
