Taylor & Smith's Gin is unique in comparison to all other Australia Gins on the market due to them distilling their own base Eau de Vie using apples from the Huon Valley which creates a base flavour profile unlike anything else.

There latest Gin is their nod to the classical London Dry style and heroes the four unique botanicals of Sage, Abalone Shell, Huon Pine needles and Red Grapefruit.

This creates a dry yet super textural gin with a real saline side to it that pairs perfectly in a G&T with a more savoury garnish or as a slightly salty dirty martini.
