FAIR Rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. The process starts with Fair Trade Certified sugar cane from Belize and is aged for 5 years in American Bourbon barrels then ends in your glass with an aromatic and characterful rum.
The sugar cane is grown using organic and sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. The farmers are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA). So you can have peace of mind whilst enjoying this lush smooth tipple.
