The St Ali Coffee Vodka from 666 Distillery is a world-first - a collaboration between masters of distillation 666 and Australian Barista of the Year Matt Perger, and one of the country's foremost purveyors of artisan coffee, St Ali. This aromatic, intensely roast-coffee flavoured creation is the first cold-filtered coffee spirit ever made.
Using a refined system of cold-filtration, the flavours of St Ali's 'Chompy Blend' coffee beans were extracted using 666 Pure Tasmanian Vodka rather than water.
Extraction at such low temperatures allows for a high degree of finesse when creating the perfectly flavoured vodka - fine-tuned to strike a balance between smooth, pure vodka and fresh espresso aromas. An incredible Aussie invention.
