Marc Lunt from Terrason is at one with Pinot Noir having honed many vintages in Burgundy.  Grown on 35-year-old vines on granite and quartz soils, and are 300 metres above sea level. A vineyard that consistently produces intriguing white wines that are closer to those from Burgundy than the warmer regions of the lower Yarra Valley and keeps its acidity well. 500l puncheons of oxidised juice with natural fermentation. A week prior to bottling, 30 ppm SO2 was the only input.

The wine possesses fluidity, nuttiness, and salty characters. It hits all the pleasure zones because it is rich and gorgeous, flavourful and deep.
