A heavy hitting Pinot Noir, with big flavours and body. The blend is chiefly 114 clone, with 30% of the blend made up of 777 clone, which was harvested by hand, destemmed and vinified separately, the latter being harvested two weeks earlier than the 114. Both batches were fermented with indigenous yeasts, with the fruit being hand-plunged twice daily. 

Ripe plums and blackberry aromatics are met with pepper and subtle forest floor characteristics, with dark fruits dominating the palate, while some fresh acidity helps to keep this wine in line.
