78˚ Desert Gin is an overproof Gin that heroes the sun scorched deserts of Central Australia and the unique food and botanicals that this great land offers.

Created with vapour infusion of a lot of native and locally sourced botanicals to the Adelaide Hills including three species of house roasted native wattleseeds, this is a superbly balanced and textural Gin with a rich and warm palate with hints of coffee, cocoa and spicy peppers.

This is a bold gin that makes a fantastic G&T or try it as a unique martini.
