This Rosso Vermouth uses old vine Grenache grapes as a base from the McLaren Vale, adding the traditional Torino Roots and then multiple amazing local botanicals including Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Finger Limes to cut through the bright Grenache grapes. This creates a textural, yet vibrant Rosso Vermouth that will show you how the locals can do just as good, if not better than the classical options.
