Description

Deeply expressive of its place, this Arneis was gently pressed off to stainless for spontaneous fermentation, with maceration taking place on skins for 8-10 days. Following malolactic fermentation, the juice is matured in large barrels for 12 months. Stone fruits are evident on the nose, accompanied by subtle florals, while a juicy, fleshy palate provides an impressive length.
