A rosé pet nat made with old vine Mataro and Jaen Blanco (a white grape often used for brandy production in the south of Spain). Grapes were crushed, briefly macerated on skins and then spent some time in older oak. Vibrant red berry flavours, a hint of orange peel, zesty acidity and a delicate fizz. Minimal sulphur.
