Lambrusco is best known for being turned into fruity, fizzy wine but this quirky iteration is still, dry and elegant. The grape's hallmark flavours of cherry, blackberry and violet are all there and are supported by a lovely dose of texture, courtesy of its time spent in older oak. Made to be drunk young, this is a great bottle to crack open with a fresh baguette or over a long lunch.
