Such as Lazarus was brought back to life - so have a veritable fruit salad of grape varietals from Alpha Box's cellar. Stuff you would never expect to be blended together (16 varietals from 12 different vintages), made using the Ripasso technique - where wine is re-fermented on grape skins (Nebbiolo in this case) to give it further depth and complexity.

The result is surprisingly approachable, although it can be guaranteed you've never tasted a wine anything like this.

Pair with a big ol' Meat and Cheese board.
