Head winemaker, Sam Berketa's recent trip to Sardinia inspired a white wine that is a foodie's dream, where key winemaking processes were adopted to keep this drop light and zesty, while a full malolactic conversion stops it from feeling too sharp. Priced for the midweek splash, but destined to be paired with a thoughtful dish.
