This is Yarra Grigio at it's finest thanks to winemaker Dave Mackintosh. All fruit was picked early in the morning in the Lower Yarra Valley and immediately pressed to tank, ensuring the wine is as crisp and precise as possible. Apples, pears and a cheeky hint of baking spice on the nose give way to a dry, moreish and very gluggable palate. A strong acid backbone gives it all some structure and keeps you coming back for another sip.
