An equal blend of Grillo and Inzolia undergoes 7-10 days of skin contact in concrete vats and amphorae. The result is a textural amber wine, accompanied by a bright bouquet of white peach, jasmine and lime. On the palate are fulsome notes of orchard fruits and pomelo zest, all wrapped in a decadent honey overtone. An excellent, versatile addition to the skin-contact catalogue.
