Backwoods High Country Gin 700mL combines traditional juniper and coriander with Australian botanicals: pepper berry, strawberry gum, wattle seed, peppermint gum and lemon myrtle.

Two distillation methods bring these ingredients together. The traditional botanicals are macerated and boiled, while the Australian botanicals are vapour infused to balance their flavours.
