Aged for 4 years, bottled at 47%. This is an incredibly enjoyable whisky, drinkable while losing none of its Rye robustness. Throughout are signature Backwoods Whisky notes of honey, coffee and earthiness, but this time with a slightly desserty twist. The Stout Cask brings soft chocolate and vanilla notes, making this a perfect after-dinner treat to go with a chocolate dessert.
