Bass River was one of the founder grape growers in Southern Gippsland 20 years ago and still to this day is leading the way in this ever growing region.

Their Vintage Brut Sparkling is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay made with the Methode Traditionelle method in a Champagne style with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle and was left on lees for 30 months before bottling.

This has resulted in a superbly balanced Sparkling that has enough brioche and savoury notes whilst having a delicious and dry finish.
