A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, sourced from vineyards in Chamery, Écueil, Villedommange, and Montbré, all of which are premier cru sites in the Montagne de Reims. Stainless steel fermented and aged for a few months, before spending almost three years on lees. 60% of the wine is from 2021, while 40% comes from the three previous vintages. A low dosage of just 2 grams was added too.
Elegantly structured, showing notes of apples, grapefruit, and brioche on a long, lingering finish.
