Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature NV is a pale-gold Champagne with biscuity richness, white-fruit notes and a fine mineral edge. Dried fruit, brioche and delicate floral aromas are lifted by a hint of lemon verbena, leading to a clean finish.

The release described in the existing tasting notes blends 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier, with 48 months of ageing on lees.
