Blind Corner Governo Sauvignon Blanc is Ben Gould’s textural, vibrant take on Sauvignon Blanc, inspired by the Tuscan Governo all’Uso Toscano technique.

A portion of the grapes is picked early, air-dried and wild-fermented on skins. The remaining Sauvignon Blanc is harvested later and also wild-fermented. The components are then blended and rested on lees for more than six months.
