Made using Nero D'Avola grapes from organic practices at the Chalmers Merbein vineyard in Murray Darling region. Juice was pressed into tank and the native yeasts allowed for a wild ferment. 

Black fruit and herbaceous aromas open the wine. On the nose, there are additional spiciness and savoury flavours. The flavour is bright, crisp and fresh on the palate, with delicate bubbles and a appealing savoury finish.
