Bornholm Distillery’s chili & honey snaps is made from traditional Bornholm “Honning Syp”, a honey liqueur which is a specialty of the island. A pinch of chilli gives this sweet snaps a little sting in the tail.

Honning Syp is traditionally enjoyed with salt-fried herring, but this chili & honey snaps will make a delicious pairing with any fried fish, pork dishes, cheeses and desserts. Not to mention a great cocktail ingredient.
