A London dry gin with sea buckthorn, gooseberries, mint leaves, mulberry, and fig leaves that are all gathered on Bornholm, both from local plantations and also the distillery’s own private garden. To these, they add coriander, liquorice, lemon zest, lavender, and juniper.

With this gin, Bornholm Spirits has aimed to create a versatile and welcoming gin with greenish, fresh, and fruity notes, using the more green and light bodied botanicals, without compromising its general juniper forward distillery profile.

We recommend drinking the Bornholm Gin with a Mediterranean style tonic over plenty of ice.
