A perfect summer gin centred around local rhubarb from Krogsholm Orchard in northern Bornholm, together with a range of other botanicals including rosemary, mint and orange zest.

The rhubarb is first macerated, then distilled with more rhubarb placed in the vapor path, and finally added as a concentrate post distillation.

Not only does this give the gin a handsome pink colour, but also a fresh, summery profile.
