Bornholm Rhubarb Gin puts rhubarb from Krogsholm Orchard in northern Bornholm at the centre of a fresh, pink gin, alongside rosemary, mint and orange zest.

The rhubarb is first macerated, with more placed in the vapour path during distillation. Rhubarb concentrate is then added after distillation, contributing to the gin’s pink colour and bright, summery character.
