The 35-year-old south-facing vineyard sits atop distinctive white beach sands just kilometres from the Gulf of St. Vincent, delivering pronounced salinity and minerality in every glass. Extended skin contact followed by wild fermentation in neutral French oak for 12 months creates remarkable texture and maritime complexity. The result is a dry, layered wine with vibrant character.

Expect textural depth with notes of lemon verbena, lemon-ginger tea, ginger, papaya, quince, and preserved lemon, finishing with honey, quinine, apple, straw, fennel, and celery root. A wine of distinct personality and compelling minerality.
