Brash Higgins Cinsault is crafted from hand-selected fruit grown on vines established at Lennon Vineyard. The wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation in open vessels with whole cluster components, followed by ten months aging in French puncheons. Ruby in colour and translucent, it displays black cherry and blood orange zest on the nose, with hints of ginger, nutmeg and white pepper. The palate is medium-bodied with bright cherry and red fruit notes, offering excellent balance and vibrancy. A clean, refreshing finish features layered cherry, ginger and white pepper characteristics.
